Shipping and Returns

POSTAGE

YES…. WE OFFER WORLD WIDE SHIPPING!!

We have flat rate shipping of $8 on all domestic orders within Australia. Free shipping will be applied automatically to your cart once $120 or more total product purchase price is reached.

We have flat rate shipping of $20 on all international orders outside Australia.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless item is faulty
  • Purchases are dispatched within 1-2 working days upon receipt of your order
  • All our collections are designed here in Australia and are checked over before delivery
  • You will be emailed tracking information once order has been dispatched. Delivery time frames are estimates only.
  • Our House Fitness will not be responsible for any postal delays. Especially during high peak periods.

IMPORT LIABILITIES: Our House Fitness does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the postage destination. Any custom duties, taxes, levies are the responsibility of the purchasing customer. Our House Fitness does not accept any orders back due to rejection of custom charges. Our House Fitness is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of custom duties and taxes. Shipping charges are non refundable.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

You have 30 days from purchase date to return your garment(s) to us. This is done at the customers expense. Please read the important information below then complete our Returns Form. You will then be given the appropriate returns address which you will then be required to post your garment(s) back to us.

All purchases are eligible for a full refund or exchange (minus postage costs) as long as they meet the following requirements:

  • Unworn (Only tried on for size)
  • Unwashed
  • No marks or stains
  • Un-perfumed
  • Not stretched

Garments which are not received in their original condition as outlined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take care when trying on your order. This includes packaging appropriately when returning your garments so they aren’t damaged during transit. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and non-negotiable.

 

WRONG SIZE & WISH TO SWAP FOR SOMETHING ELSE

If you have purchased the wrong size or you’ve changed your mind on the style or colour, you can return your garment for a store credit of the purchased amount (postage fee not included). This credit code will be emailed to you and you will then need to re-purchase your correct size (and pay for postage). Credit code will be issued once item is returned and checked over to ensure it meets all return policies as outlined above. Please complete the Returns Form and wait for a replied email outlining the appropriate returns address. Please note our collections are limited and we cannot guarantee your correct size will still be available. So please choose sizing carefully!

 

FAULTY ITEM

We pride ourselves in ensuring all items are of the highest quality and standard. However, if by chance your item is faulty, please complete our Returns Form  we will then advise you where to post your garment(s) back to us. Once item is received and checked over only then can we issue a full refund or online credit.

GARMENT CARE

Care labels can differ depending on style and prints. So please read the care instructions on all wash labels carefully.

Our Advice – Vibrancy of colours will fade over time, to prolong colour intensity we strongly recommend you machine wash garments separately in cold water. Don’t leave them sitting wet and line dry in the shade immediately after washing.

DO NOT use fabric softener.

DO NOT tumble dry.
